The Engagement Manager should work with the Client to ensure that the Client Steering Board (comprising key client
stakeholders) is established in a timely manner during the Transition Handover-In phase of the Service Engagement.
A terms of reference will be created that will define the following:

Purpose of the steering board.

Definition of the meetings.

Typical attendee lists.

Standard agenda for the meetings.

Proposed meeting schedule.
-
Responsibility for and distribution of minutes.
